Galerie Mieke van Schaijk cordially invites you to visit the Art Island Fair on 17, 18 and 19 May on the Fort Island near IJmuiden. At this landmark location, the gallery will present new work by Gino Saccone in Booth 35 showing his recent moody, misty watercolours with titles such as A Hug between Enemies, Gap Year and Welcome Coupon, a voucher which is redeemable for entering Great Britain. Saccone is back in Amsterdam seeking new friends.
Gino Saccone is a British artist who was born in Jersey, lives and works in London. He was a resident at the Rijksakademie in Amsterdam as well at the La Brea Studio in Los Angeles. He has exhibited at Nospace, Oslo; Tate St Ives, Cornwall; Atelier Concorde, Lisbon. His work is in several private and public collections like the Peter Rodrigues Sofacq Collection and Stefan Simochowitz.
